In Studio Exploration
The studio is to the artist what the cliff is to the eagle. It is a place of retreat where thoughts and ideas can be formulated into art. Artists need to learn how organize their studios to reach maximum efficiency in their work otherwise, great ideas will be left in heaps of paper and canvas scattered throughout.
We teach students essential skills for all artists, like: the fundamentals of lighting a still life, creating a complimentary palette of color, using perspective in drawing, and much more.
Our teachers frequently provide demonstrations to help students understand that an ounce of organization can save a lot of time and make the process of creating art a more efficient and enjoyable one.
