Every child is an artist. The problem is how does he remain
an artist once he grows up.

 – Pablo Picasso

In Studio Exploration

The studio is to the artist what the cliff is to the eagle. It is a place of retreat where thoughts and ideas can be formulated into art. Artists need to learn how organize their studios to reach maximum efficiency in their work – otherwise, great ideas will be left in heaps of paper and canvas scattered throughout.

We teach students essential skills for all artists, like: the fundamentals of lighting a still life, creating a complimentary palette of color, using perspective in drawing, and much more.

Our teachers frequently provide demonstrations to help students understand that an ounce of organization can save a lot of time and make the process of creating art a more efficient and enjoyable one.
